Delivery

We endeavour to get your order out on the same day as you place it and within mainland UK our couriers offer a next day "signed for" service. Scottish highlands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Jersey and other offshore locations tend to be a 2 day service. If you require any further or specific information please contact us.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards (including American Express). For your security we recommend ordering online. It is important that the invoice address is the address at which the card is registered.

The delivery address may be different to the invoice address. If you wish to place your order by telephone you may do so. No funds are taken from the card until we have goods to ship. If you place an order and we do not have stocks of that item we will let you know. Obviously we realise that in many cases the customer will not be able to wait for an item to come back into stock so, unless otherwise instructed we cancel such orders.
