We undertake to supply CV Joint Kits from Interparts Europe Ltd current catalogue. We can be contacted via email, telephone, letter or fax.

We can normally be contacted by telephone between the hours of 09:30am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday inclusive with the exception of Public Holidays. Please note that the times shown are local to the UK. However we often work late and do answer the telephone outside of our normal office hours on such occasions.

The purchasing process

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the catalogue and click on any items that you wish to purchase. When you have finished just click on the "Checkout" button, you will then be prompted for the further information we require to satisfy your order. You may cancel your order at any time, just putting items into the "basket" is not a commitment to buy.

Shipping is by Signed For Courier Service.

We aim to process your order within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). There are occasions when joints are not in stock with either us or our suppliers and when such situations arise we endeavour to give a realistic delivery date of any outstanding item. When this does happen you will not incur any additional carriage costs.

Credit card security. We know of no documented case of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held as clear text on any web site.

Should you ever be dissatisfied with the service we provide please e-mail complaints@partsinabox.co.uk or telephone (numbers above) and ask to speak to Ian Fazakerley. We will try to resolve any complaint within 5 working days or sooner if possible.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing e-mail from us in the future. Just send an e-mail to remove@partsinabox.co.uk stating your e-mail address, if different to the account used to post the message and your postal name and address. We do not pass your details on to any Third Parties.

We do not use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. We do use "cookies" to maintain the contents of your shopping cart and address information. This information is kept on your computer.

Cancellations Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt without the need to give reason for return. We refund the total value of the parts ordered including VAT if applicable within 5 working days of goods inward being accepted back into stock.

We require that any returned goods are sent by registered post at your expense and returned in good condition. Please ensure that returned goods are well packed to prevent possible injury to postal workers or damage to goods.

Should you feel that parts have been incorrectly supplied please provide a copy of the vehicle's log book/V5 and if the parts have been incorrectly supplied we will refund the returns postage.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU GET A RETURNS NUMBER BEFORE RETURNING GOODS. GOODS WITHOUT A RETURNS NUMBER (RN - xxxxxx) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY THE DISTRIBUTION CENTRE.
