Shipping is by Signed For Courier Service.

We aim to process your order within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). There are occasions when products are not in stock with either us or our suppliers and when such situations arise we endeavour to give a realistic delivery date of any outstanding item with an option to cancel. When this does happen you will not incur any additional charges and, unless otherwise notified, you will not be charged for product until the day of shipping.

Credit card security.

We know of no documented case of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held as clear text on any web site.

Should you ever be dissatisfied with the service we provide please e-mail complaints@partsinabox.co.uk or telephone (numbers above) and ask to speak to Ian Fazakerley. We will try to resolve any complaint within 5 working days or sooner if possible.

Cancellations Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receipt without the need to give reason for return. We refund the total value of the parts ordered including VAT if applicable within 5 working days of goods inward being accepted back into stock.

We require that any returned goods are sent by registered post at your expense and returned in good condition. Please ensure that returned goods are well packed to prevent possible injury to postal workers or damage to goods.

Should you feel that parts have been incorrectly supplied please provide a copy of the vehicle's log book/V5 and if the parts have been incorrectly supplied we will refund the returns postage.
